Rush Service

Rush Service bumps your order to the top of the queue for faster delivery. Items ordered with rush service have a lead time of approximately 4 weeks. Rush services are priced per item.

Each of our copper products require a few simple steps after use to maintain their quality. Copper should be cleaned using a mild dish soap and warm water, followed by two drying sessions using a soft cloth. For additional details, visit our Care Page.

SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Large orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground. A shipping notification with tracking details will be provided once your order has been scanned by the carrier. For large deliveries, UPS may require someone to be present at the time of delivery. For international orders, taxes and duties may be required before delivery can be completed. Motley Brands LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or other carrier-related issues. Optional shipping insurance and guaranteed express delivery services are available for an additional cost.

RETURNS: Wholesale and custom orders are non-refundable, and returns are not accepted. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations between items are to be expected. We recommend reviewing your order upon receipt to check for any errors or damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you encounter any issues, please notify us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you.
